Other Land + B Lunch

Corporative food delivery platform

B Lunch is an online platform for ordering healthy lunches in the offices
for a week in advance from the restaurant B Boutique. The main goal was
to make a convenient order of based on the backend structure of the product from our development partner Intertech.

Managers and employees are the two main roles on the platform. We have designed a user flow for both of them to understand all the scenarios of the product and to help access all important functions in the most simply way.

At the prototype, we found a solution for main screens that helps both Managers & Employees do all important actions with a minimum clicks.

We were looking for visual concepts in a few directions. In the process,
we decided to stop on a version with a blue accent color to avoid visual differences between the interior of the restaurant and the platform design.

The main difference from the competitors is the ability to order a meal for
a week in advance. To make this process quick and easy, we made an open basket in the form of a calendar that is easy to fill and edit.

Experteezy is a service for booking consultations with top experts on launching startups. The client began to work with us having only an idea. We helped him with market research, prioritizing all insights, and finally, coming up with the platform interface design.

Company managers can set price limits and edit the order of any Employee if someone forgot about their vacation and ordered meals for those days. Also, we added Guest roles for those who are not technically employees but came to the company office for a lunch meeting.

On the page of one dish, we showed plates in an enlarged form and added the ability to switch between dishes for quick viewing and ordering.

After finishing the design of the B Lunch, we optimized all current solutions for the food delivery in their subsidiary restaurant Z Bistro.
